Newsletter

With the rising number of nursing issues in Nebraska, the importance of the LPN is becoming widely recognized.  They not only have great impact on the care that people receive but are also as a force to be reckoned with when it comes to the issues and products directly affecting the health care industry.  The Licensed Practical Nurse Association of Nebraska (LPNAN) publishes a newsletter, The Articulator, to discuss important issues and upcoming events that can directly affect our LPNAN members and nursing community.  The newsletter is published monthly and is sent to all members including students of practical nursing programs.

As a distributor of health related products and services, you know that reaching your target audience is not always an easy task.  This is an opportunity for you to use your advertising dollars more effectively and reach the people who do the "hands on" health care work.  With this in mind, we invite you to place an ad in the LPNAN publication, The Articulator.  These ads may include information on job opportunities, services you provide, products, personal greetings, etc.  We hope you will take this opportunity to provide our members and community with any information that may help them in their job performance and education.

We have put together an advertising plan that will allow you to purchase 1/4, 1/2, or full-page ads in the newsletter.  You will receive one issue of free ad placement if you decide to select a year package.  The ad rates are as follows:

The Articulator is now printed in a small booklet format (5½ x 8½). Ads must be submitted to fit an ordinary 8½ x 11 paper (ad sizes are enclosed) and then LPNAN will convert the ad to fit the booklet format. You may either submit a camera‑ready ad or with our desktop publishing program, we can work with you to create the ad that you want. For ads produced in our office, specifications must reach us by the 23rd of the month to be published in the following month’s newsletter. Camera‑ready ads must be in the LPNAN office by the 1st of the month to be published in that month’s newsletter.
