Long Term Care Workforce Institute of Nebraska The Long Term Care Workforce Institute of Nebraska (LTCWIN) was created in 2001 to meet a variety of needs within the long term health care community in Nebraska. It is important to provide the people providing service to the growing elderly population with education that is useful, relevant, and easily accessible. LTCWIN combines computer-based technologies and traditional learning settings to provide for the educational needs of the learner and the employer. By using a variety of teaching methods, LTCWIN can provide cost-effective, flexible educational programs that will meet a multitude of needs in the community. |
