Nebraska Assisted Living Association The Nebraska Assisted Living Association is a non-profit trade association which represents for-profit, non-profit, and governmental assisted living facilities in the state of Nebraska. NALA also represents the interests of individuals and businesses interested in the profession of assisted living. The Nebraska Assisted Living Association is an affiliate of the Nebraska Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living, the assisted living arm of the American Health Care Association in Washington, D.C. The AHCA is the largest organization of long-term care facilities in the world.
