Membership
Options
Facility
Member
Any licensed or unlicensed assisted living or housing option facility.
Each facility shall be allowed one vote in the NALA membership meeting.
Administrators, owners, or an executive having supervisory authority
over one or more members are eligible to serve as an officer, member
of the Board of Administrators, or on a standing committee. Staff
of member facilities are eligible to serve on a standing committee.
Associate
Member
An individual who is interested in assisted living. The personal
associate member is a non-voting member and may not work for a non-member
facility or service.
Business
Associate Member
Any business, firm, organization, corporation, association or other
group which provides services to the long term care industry and
exhibits at NALA's trade shows. A business associate member is a
non-voting member.
Student
Member
Any student of a long-term care related field. A student member
is a non-voting member and may not be employed by a non-member facility
or service.
