Elder Abuse
Abusing or neglecting frail elderly is against the law. Abuse and neglect includes physical as well as financial abuse and neglect. State law requires that anyone who suspects elder abuse or neglect report it.

To report abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of funds contact:

• Your local Law Enforcement Agency OR
• Nebraska's 24 Hour, Toll-Free Hotline 1-800-652-1999 OR
