This document ranks the most frequently written “F” tags cited in Nebraska nursing homes in the 3rd quarter of federal fiscal year 2008-09. It also lists the number and types of surveys that resulted in these deficiencies, and the number of tags at each Scope and Severity level. 2008 Q4 LTC Provider Meeting Statistics
