Your Role as a Charge Nurse
You’ll help lead and support the clinical team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Medication administration and treatments
- Resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Collaboration with CNAs, providers, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff
- Documentation and care coordination
- Promoting a positive resident and team experience
Schedule Options
Full-time and part-time
Day and overnight shifts
12-hour shifts
