Description
We are now hiring for a full time MDS Coordinator. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, and efficient. Our MDS Coordinators are responsible for ensuring the MDS assessments are completed, and transmitted in a timely manner. They ensure that the care plans are updated as needed, and conduct the resident care plan meetings. They work closely with all other department heads ensuring to keep in compliance with all state and federal regulations
