We are looking for Assistant Director of Nursing, Registered Nurses (RN) to help us consistently and continually raise our bar every, single day on our Short term rehab unit. Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (DON) – Registered Nurse (RN) – Short Term Rehab
Status: Full Time; Monday – Friday, with an on call schedule rotation

Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Assistant Director of Nursing (DON) – Registered Nurse (RN) is to oversee all functions and lead our 35 bed short term rehab neighborhood. Responsibilities include interacting with residents and their family members, mentoring employees, and working in coordination with other healthcare professionals in the community as well as our interdisciplinary team to ensure each resident is receiving the highest level of care possible while enhancing their quality of life.
Assistant Director of Nursing Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a current registered nurse RN license in the state of Nebraska, with no disciplinary action; be a self-starter, detail oriented, organized, and have a passion for customer focused care. Previous nursing leadership and short term rehab experience is preferred, but not required.
