Job Description

The Nebraska Health Care Association (NHCA) and its 423 skilled nursing and assisted living facility members seek a president and CEO to lead NHCA’s overall operation and strategic direction. The individual will be a genuine servant leader with sound knowledge of the operational needs of Nebraska’s skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities. They will have the ability to inspire others to shape their world, as well as serve as a compelling, unified voice for diverse organizations and individuals. Candidates will have demonstrated a history of fiscal responsibility in a senior leadership role and an understanding of state and national public policy affecting skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and the Nebraskans they serve. In addition to supporting NHCA’s skilled nursing and assisted living facility members, this individual will also delegate responsibilities related to a post-secondary college and a charitable foundation.
