The number of employee work-related hospitalizations and deaths due to COVID-19 is a matter of interest to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This has resulted in an increasing number of skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities receiving investigations by OSHA. This webinar will review recent guidance from OSHA requirements. Complying with OSHA’s reporting requirements and proactively preparing for investigations will be discussed. This webinar will also review how to respond to investigations with appropriate documents and attestation. The Whistleblower Protection Program will also be discussed.
