Increasing numbers of skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities must depend on staffing agencies to fill needed shifts. This increased use of staffing agencies introduces challenges such as rising agency costs and ensuring continuity of quality care. This webinar will discuss how to successfully engage staffing agency partnerships through contract agreements, regulatory requirements, and cost of care.
