FT 10:30am – 7pm; must be able to work every other weekend and alternating holidays. Seeking individual that can work independently in satellite kitchen. Must have experience with wait-staffing and basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment. Job duties include: transporting food and supplies from main kitchen to satellite kitchen; prepare kitchen for serving (including steam table, dishwasher, food warmer, as needed food preparation). Will serve hot foods at lunch and dinner meal. Will assist and guide wait staff as needed and will wash dishes as needed. Clean up and restock kitchen. Will be the go-to person for satellite kitchen. This person will also assist with duties in main kitchen such as helping put away stock, popping popcorn and helping with special events. Must have a valid driver’s license & auto insurance. Individual should be dependable, trustworthy, able to work as a team and must be a person who can motivate themselves and others. Must be able to read, write and speak English well enough to be understood.
