Associate Administrator

Lancaster Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dynamic leader to assist in the administration of our 293 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. As an Associate Administrator you will be responsible to assist the Administrator to shape and direct the overall operations while helping to ensure resident services, compliance with government regulations as well as facility policies. The primary focus of this position is to partner with the Administrator and management team to maintain excellent resident care and quality services while helping to achieve the facility’s business objectives.

Prefer candidates with:

  • At lease 3-5 years of management experience within the senior living community
  • Proven experience as an Associate Administrator or an Administrator in a small facility

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator that is currently licensed by the State of Nebraska
  • Prefer a Bachelors Degree or appropriate education to meet state license requirements
  • Must posses strong computer skills
  • Proven experience in performance management and effective leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge and experience with reimbursement and funding sources
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines
  • Experience with census growth and development
  • Operations and budgetary experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to relate professionally, positively, and work effectively with residents, families, medical providers and employees at all levels
