Mid-Nebraska Lutheran Home & Newman House is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team. The administrator is responsible to support, coordinate, and implement facility programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the health and well-being of residents while complying with state and federal regulations. The administrator must portray team leadership while utilizing strong, tactful communication skills in all situations. Experience in the areas of budgeting and marketing, along with the understanding of how an independent facility operates, is essential. The administrator must be able to problem solve and find solutions outside of a corporate setting. Ensuring residents & families receive excellent customer service and care while nurturing a positive workplace environment is a vital role of the administrator.
