The Nebraska Health Care Association seeks a reliable individual with meticulous attention to detail to fill the full-time position of Registrar. In every interaction, this individual must reflect the Nebraska Health Care Association’s values of stewardship, quality, integrity, and professionalism.

The Registrar is responsible for a variety of administrative and production tasks, including entering information into educational databases; responding to customer questions and requests; fulfilling and shipping product orders; managing NHCA’s printing needs and maintaining related equipment; updating NHCA’s online store; and assisting with association events.

Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects each day within a fast-paced team environment. Candidates must be able to physically operate and monitor various machines, stand for four hours, and lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

The ideal candidate has experience in data entry, printing and shipping and a familiarity with InDesign.
