Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide Instructor

Nebraska Health Care Learning Center, a private, post-secondary career school, seeks enthusiastic and hard-working nurse instructors to teach or test Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide classes during day or evening hours. Training and testing sites are available at multiple sites across Nebraska. Candidates should have a sound understanding of the role of the Basic Nursing Assistant and Medication Aide in health care. The positions involve instructing and/or testing Basic Nursing Assistant and/or Medication Aide students on scope of practice, skills competency, clinical experience, and codes of conduct within their positions in health care facilities. Adjunct instructors, who must be an RN to teach or test or LPN to teach, will work closely with NHCLC’s Lead Instructor. 1-2 years of experience in long-term care is required. NHCLC is an affiliate of Nebraska Health Care Association.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour
