Job Description


Our Hillcrest Millard location is actively seeking an experienced licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team.  This will be a fast-paced, dynamic, Post Acute Rehab facility. This service line is part of the area’s largest continuum provider of health care services to aging adults. As a leader in the industry, Hillcrest Millard will specialize in providing around-the-clock care for short-term rehabilitation following surgery, illness or injury.  Our priority is providing the best quality of care while ensuring our patients’ experiences are defined as nothing short of ‘awesome’.


The Administrator is responsible to plan, coordinate, direct, supervise, and administer any and all functions of Hillcrest Millard in accordance with state, federal, and local regulations. The Administrator has ultimate responsibility for the entire fiscal, physical, and operational functions of Hillcrest Millard


  • Implements effective Quality Assessment and Improvement processes that result in a high level of customer satisfaction, quality care, and regulatory compliance (licensure, Medicaid, Medicare, OSHA, Labor, Life Safety)
  • Plans, directs, controls, and monitors a complete budgeting and fiscal management process including revenue and expenses
  • Identifies and minimizes exposure to risk factors including safety for all occupants in the building and on the premises
  • Ensures operation is staffed on a daily basis minimizing overtime and turnover
  • Implements procedures for hiring, onboarding, and engagement of team members, inspires team members to achieve better performance, implements effective conflict management, problem solving, decision making, coaching skills, and effectively builds high functioning teams



  • Active Nebraska Nursing Home Administrator license is required
  • At least 3 years of leadership in skilled nursing, post acute, or acute setting at the Administrator level is required
  • Experience with Medicare and Medicaid
  • Experience with federal and state skilled nursing regulations
